We are searching for customer service orientated, experienced VERIZON WIRELESS RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVES.
We are looking for sales professionals that want to prove themselves and continue to grow with our company.
As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative for The Cellular Connection, you will greet customers in our stores, ascertain what each individual needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.
Additional responsibilities for the Wireless Retail Sales Representative include:
Developing new personal and business accounts Providing information about our wireless phone and internet services Monitoring the competition Recommending changes in products and services to existing customers Resolving customer complaints Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process payments Adapt to a very fast paced changing industryOther job responsibilities will include:
Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions Responsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store location Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies and trends Position is paid a base rate plus generous commissions on the store's gross profit, with a guaranteed wage.

College Degree Preferred but not necessary Minimum 1 year of direct sales or relevant experience Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency a plus! Demonstrate excellent Communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude Basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Office, Point-of-Sale, and Customer Service/Tracking software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
