Job Summary:   Under the overall direction of the Bank Market President and/or Regional Executive, manages all, or a major portion of bank market activities for defined location(s)   Responsible for the planning, implementation and achievement of the location(s) performance objectives   May serve as part of senior management in the development of strategic planning   Has responsibility to ensure maximum profits commensurate with the best interests of shareholders, customers, employees and the public   Functions as a lending officer and services large borrowers directly or in participation with other institutions   Assembles the necessary credit and financial information   Acts as a principal representative of the location(s), establishing and maintaining relations with other companies, businesses, community associations and governmental agencies   Provides leadership to meet overall objectives   Works with subordinates to review overall operations and advise on policy questions, business development, staff requirements, performance appraisals, salary administration and other administrative matters Note: This is a single-incumbent position within specific location(s) of a bank market. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
